The Glassworks by Ritual Stays

If keys, fobs or any other entry device are lost or damaged, or not returned within two working days a fee starting at £100 plus VAT will be charged per set of keys and permit compromised.
Noise disturbance after 11pm and before 7am will not be tolerated.
Guests will use the Property for private residential purposes only and not for any business use.
*If the above is not followed, we reserve the right to insist on the vacation of the property without refund and the full deposit will be charged.
We have a NO SMOKING policy that applies to all our properties. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere or at any time on our properties. If evidence of smoking is detected, we reserve the right to charge for a deep clean of the affected apartment to sanitize curtains, furniture and carpets. This charge will start from £250 plus VAT.
Damages should be reported as soon as possible to avoid unexpected charges at the end of stay.
Additional cleaning fees for pets start at £60.
Guests will not do anything that may cause a nuisance or annoyance to the owners or to any other occupier or guest of adjoining properties or do anything at the property that is illegal or immoral. Noise disturbance can be reported to the local Council.

The number of people occupying the property does not at any time exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants as set out in the booking of the relevant property.
