This place is very helpful and if you want to go to the City, this place has good place to stay. It was easy to walk to the town and there are a lot of smaller cars parking here. As far as I know, the breakfast is served in the room but every day is different. The room was cozy and well furnished. I hope to stay here again.

Lovely room fabulous views lovely friendly accommodating landlady friendly efficient staff. Great place to stay. Ideally situated for the town centre beaches promenade harbour and pier. And right by the train station and gorgeous Porthminster beach. Carbis bay one stop away by train.

I had the best continental breakfast anywhere. The top-floor room has beautiful views and the bed is amazing. Very convenient location for the town, train, and buses. Alex was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it!.

We recently stayed here two years ago, and because of that, many things have changed. When we got there, we were very greeted by both Alix and Morris, who then informed us about the breakfast menu, claiming that it was now a continental breakfast, so we were given a nice pastry and cereal each morning, which surprised us with Alix's take on a continental breakfast. I would like to express my gratitude to you both for making this a lovely vacation. Thank you so much, Ms.

What can I say, this guesthouse was amazing, July heatwave helped, location was 5 beautiful views of It ives harbour ask for room 2! Alex was really helpful, the breakfast delivered to your door was a daily surprise. They were great to set you up for a day of exploring. The bedroom was spotless and the room set up worked well having a sitting area to enjoy people watching. Parking wasn't a problem either, small cars are advised. Overall a great stay and cannot recommend highly enough.

Very Covid friendly B& B in excellent location. Hosts very friendly, informative and accomodating. Room clean and spacious with superb view, mattress a liittle soft but comfortable. Continental breakfast very good with varied choice. Extremely useful free local parking for a small car. Overall, very pleasant stay.
