My wife and myself stayed here for 4 nights. The room was super clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condition of the room and hotel was inline with the price we paid per night. We do have to give a big shout out to the staff who were incredibly friendly and super helpful.. big smiles and great hospitality. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t comment. We are regular visitors to Bournemouth and given that we have to say this has been our best experience to date. Will definitely be back.

Cleaners do such an amazing job very clean.staff are amazing very helpful. The breakfast 100% well done chefs. plenty of parking but you have to pay for parking if you do not book direct which is a shame.bar on site 24hrs which is very useful.can not fault anything.

Very well maintained and clean and tidy. Very few staff but they were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good English breakfast with cereals and fresh fruit. It was a pity that there was not dinner as well but being a small hotel it would not be economical to have a chef employed for the small number of guests. We were directed to the excellent 4* Meridian hotel opposite where you can book a table, at your expense of course. Parking was sufficient for off peak times but was assured that extra parking could be made available if necessary. An enjoyable stay.

Nice room, easy to operate shower, very quiet, friendly staff. Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that. But excellent value and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A lovely airy hotel with a 24 bar! Wonderful conservatory and nice grounds, lovely to sit back adn relax. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay there whenever we vist Bournemouth

Well appointed, clean, efficient hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good - but a minor pointer: some black pudding and some hash browns instead of potatoes would have elevated it from good to excellent 😄 Would stay again.
