The room was very comfortable decor delightful. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our golden retriever loved all the attention and treats Breakfast was a feast of choices. The lunch and Main menus also were varied and tempting. Free car parking.Scenic walk close by.

From the minute we arrived the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and on the ground floor which we had requested . It was very quiet and peaceful. We booked for three nights and had dinner on the first and third night. The meals were excellent and a good choice of menu.

Just stayed one night on the way to Edinburgh and it was great! Our room (in the old school house behind the pub) was small but had everything we needed including a very comfortable bed. We had dinner in the pub and the food was fantastic (and great "desert cocktail" too!) Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Excellent stop off!

Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera detta hotell. Fantastisk personal med vänlig attityd som städade rummet varje dag. Frukosten var god och man blev mätt. Priset är mycket bra jämfört med Edinburgh centrum.

This is an adorable hotel. The decor was classy and the bed was super comfortable we went with a cheaper room and it was on the small size but totally adequate for our stay. The bathroom was beautiful and big.
