Very nice b and b room with ample parking and ideal location for where we needed to be. Good was excellent especially the full cooked breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful. My only negative was that the tables in the restaurant side could have been cleaned, they were a bit crumby and could have done with a wipe over. But apart from that a very pleasant one night stay.

Breakfast still needs a lot of work to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Slow service and powdered egg for scrambled egg is not good enough

Everything good apart from a ridiculously long wait for breakfast. Unsure why, when the breakfast room is virtually empty, it takes 35-45 minutes to serve scrambled eggs and smoked salmon? Shame as such great accommodation but breakfast service really needs urgent attention.

The double bed matress was really bad, probably the worst I have slept in. It has lots of potential but missed the mark on a few things. We had a double room but only 1 cup was in the room and 1 coat hanger. It had a mini fridge but wasn't working. It did have air con. Breakfast could be extended until at least 10.30 as a couple when we were there arrived at 10am to be told breakfast had finished. So as an urgent task replace all mattresses or at least Room 8
