The venue is clean and provides everything for a night or two away as well as there been other nearby places to visit, eat or shop. The Staff were all very helpful and polite, every staff member interacted with greeted us first. They even went over and beyond expectations in relation to one of our party, who had severe food allergies. It's a great venue at a great price.

We had a good stay at the hotel. We had a twin room as I left it late to book up somewhere for the Guns n Roses concert. The room was clean and tidy with an en-suite which was also clean and tidy. We were only using the room for somewhere to sleep after the concert so the fact we had a small room (we knew this as we booked the small twin) was fine with us. It was great value - we spent a third of the price of a room in the city centre - and this hotel was just as close to Villa park. We used the bar facilities downstairs, and they were clean and tidy, and a round of drinks was pleasingly cheap. When we chose to do the ground an Uber cost us £8. We decided to walk back (around 2.5 miles) and this was fine for us. It’s a basic hotel room - but was great value for money. I also found out that it is under new management- so this seems to be working well as we were happy and would come back again. Also the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful - which always helps.

I spent 50£ for a room 2 adults 1 kid. It was fantastic staying there according to the price. What else you want like 3 person stayed only for 50£. Free Car Parking. Near to city centre. I recommend to take bus pass (one day single or family pass) That is much cheaper than paying car park in a city centre. I highly recommend this hotel. Because I prefer to save money for outing not for hotel because I only use room foe sleeping. 👍👍👍

I was dreading the stay after reading some of the reviews, but we found the Kingstanding Inn to be fine. The staff and locals were very welcoming, the drinks were reasonably priced and the room was comfortable. We only had two niggles. There was no lift so we had to drag our cases up two flights of stairs, and down again, and the kitchen was closed due to management changeover. Checkout was also simple.

Was very surprised for the price on my way they rang asked if i was arriving said yes welcome was good signing in good. The room was a twin clean modern new by looks bathroom. Lovely white cotton sheets duvet .t.v. heater so was warm. Entertainment on .breakfast full english good.only comment could do with tea tray in room .will go back highly recomend

This is the place to stay if you're looking for inexpensive lodging, and they do have family rooms. With the exception of the glitch, we would surely give it a five-star rating, and we would definitely return there. It is what it is cheap and cheerful and value for money. Our first night was fantastic, and the staff was superb with an elvis tribute act, it is after all a club. There are some things that could be improved, but we're glad we gave it a 4-star rating. The only downside on the second night was that water had leaked into our friend's bedroom and onto the bed, and it was obvious there had been leaks in the room prior. The place was fully booked, but our friends were given an alternative room, although I suspect this at the expense of someone yet to arrive. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, I'd still say this is a good place to do so and they have family rooms available.

I booked this hostel for a cheap night. And then, the room is tastefully decorated with modern amenities. After that, the room was really bad because of the chilly bathroom and the bad smell. After that, the wifi was great. Subsequently, it wasn't just the blanket, it is still quite cozy. Besides that, they don't provide a hairdryer or drink making facilities in the room. The last one is, why don't the hosts wear masks? This made me very uncomfortable especially when one of them was coughing and sniffing. They give me this cheap price and should be able to make me feel comfortable.

It was good stay, Tv was there but the remote control was missing. So i got one from reception but didn't work Angela(management) was gentle and very helpful. The only negative side is the excessive smoke of cigarettes in the corridor and some coming from the rooms - even dodgy smell I could say. I couldn't see any signage in the property saying "NO SMOKING". If the don't fix this problem they will lose "NON SMOKER CLIENTS".
