Fab stay just across the Mersey from Liverpool City Centre. Easy to travel in, close to ferry and train line. Very clean and comfortable place. Great Breakfast and brilliant host.

There is a sign on entry saying Enter as strangers leave as friends. So true. Cheryl and Dave are wonderful hosts so friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. The place is spotless, linen and toiletries provided. Every room in good order. Breakfast oh my to die for and plentiful. Parking is to the rear of the property secure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at the Liverview Hotel The Liverview Hotel is an unassuming, no-frills hotel that is run by a truly wonderful, caring, and kind family. We booked a six-night stay and arrived on a Sunday, where we received a warm welcome from Cheryl. Our room was lovely, bright, and airy, with great views. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and fitted with modern furnishings and accessories. Breakfast each morning was excellent, freshly prepared to order, with a good selection of choices available. David and Cheryl were always on hand for a friendly chat and were more than happy to offer helpful information and advice about the local area. The hotel also benefits from free parking, which was a real bonus. What really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of care and customer service. After checking out, I realised that I had left behind two phone chargers and cables. I contacted David, who kindly retrieved them and posted them back to me at his own expense—an act of kindness that was greatly appreciated. The hotel's saying, "Arrive as strangers and leave as friends," certainly rang true for us. David and Cheryl made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending the Liverview Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay. Thank you, David and Cheryl, for making our visit so enjoyable. 😊

The breakfast is freshly cooked we recently was on a cruise the breakfast at this hotel way of a better standard that the cruise ship The owners were very friendly We would not hesitate to book again of we visit Liverpool In fact if it was nearer home we would book very often for a nice breakfast

Found quite by chance, ideally located for our adventure. Cheryl was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful, The place was extremely well presented amble parking to the rear. Rooms presented to a very high standard, Linen fresh and clean with all the essentials needed to make your stay run smoothly. Breakfast freshly prepared to order, nothing was too much trouble quite relieved staying again for next event, next week.

Great location just opposite the ferry. Great link to Liverpool. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Very welcoming and super friendly staff. Such a lovely family! Great value and 100% will return!

Dave is so friendly and helpful. As the notice at reception says, "arrive as strangers, leave as friends". He and Colette (who helps with rooms, etc) showed me how to get around unfamiliar travel systems (easy when you know how!) Breakfasts were good, often accompanied by good chats. Thanks Dave, I'll be back!

Stay here approximately 4 times a year. That says it all. Great staff and owner Dave is very obliging a cooks a great breakfast. Perfect for short stays. Lovely comfortable beds and spotlessly clean rooms. Getting a bit old now, a shower mat would be a great addition to have to prevent accidents/slips.

Room was spotlessly clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly, told us how to use the local transport links into the city. Breakfast was first class, all freshly cooked and high quality products. Parking was easy on site and felt safe leaving the car parked there. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely and very friendly hosts. Breakfast plentiful. B&B is on the other side of the river. Short uber ride did the trick. Quiet location. Old newspaper building so has character. The hosts have been doing it up over the years. Parts of the B&B could do with a bit of updating (eg paintwork on doors), but most importantly it's clean and spacious. Bathroom was new. Very nice breakfast area. Had a lovely short stay.
