Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Oulton hall and this was a short walk away. We could not fault this accommodation it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. I would stay here again.

Quite small and compact rooms but everything you need for a short stay.very clean and tidy.tv with lots of channels. Tea,coffee machine.breakfast included we had full English breakfast which was lovely and set us up for the day.our second stay here and will definitely stay again as we visit family locally.

Accommodation is away from the main building and is in a new condition . Clean and serviced daily. Breakfast from 7:30 am was useful for work Only slight downside is they stop serving food at 6:45 which is ok most of the time but if your late back you will have to go look for somewhere else. Overall very good

We stayed with our dog and it was great for him as the rooms are separate from the main building with direct access to the outside. Room slightly on the small side though.

Excellent service from start to finish. We needed a place to stay overnight as we were going to see we will rock you at Leeds grand theatre and was so pleased I found this place. We had the family room number 4 very spacious,clean and lovely and warm. Great value for the 3 of us (2 adults 1 teenager) with breakfast £68. I would definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff

Really good in lots of ways - frendly staff, nice place, comfortable room, great breakfast. Would be 10 out of 10 except for a number of things in room that didn't work properly, eg kettle, wifi not brilliant, door to bathroom difficult to open. An afternoon from a handyman would sort these out. I would still happily go back again and would recomend it to anyone else - the negatives are small in comparison to the positives.

I have stayed here in 2019 and was pleased to return in 2020, the Midland have improved the courtyard area and the outdoor seating and enclosed courtyard both are nice to sit and also mean the noise from the pub clientele is defused more! On this occassion I had made a mistake on my booking and turned up on the wrong night ! The staff were very understanding and immediatly jumped to my aid, finding a room, checking it was serviced and booking me in within 5 minutes - whilst I had a nice drink at the bar! So big thanks to staff who despite running a busy bar - were able to accomodate me. the facilties and room was excellent, also the breakfast service was good albeit a little chaotic, good food and a warm welcome ! at this rate more than one can expect.

I stupidly managed to book the wrong day for our weekend stay and shopping trip in Leeds. However, the staff were extremely helpful in getting us into a similar room (both on the phone and on the day). The stables rooms are exceptionally pleasant and the inclusive breakfast was perfect. It was such a relief to have found somewhere so nice, at short notice and for the price. I would very much like to stay here again if I visit Leeds, which is under 20 minutes away by car. The pub also seems great and scores extra points with me for having a decent dartboard and throwing area. Well done to all the staff for making it all so brilliant!
