Comfortable, clean and warm room. Very cosy and peaceful. About 20 min walk to station and town centre of there is a bus outside the gate.

The monastery has beautiful gardens to explore in any weather. The accommodation itself is spartan and authentic to the purpose, but is still good material value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for the gardens alone, but the unique experience is also an attraction.

we were in Mirfield for a party, my mum and dads apartment only had room for my wife and I so my too adult child stayed at the Monastery. It is literally a 2 minutes drive from the centre of Mirfield. The staff were very helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and tidy. My boys didn’t use the breakfast facilities but the looked very good. and check in and out was a doddle. we will definitely stay again😁

A wonderful experience staying in a monastery. The monastery and it's grounds are beautiful, spiritual and peaceful. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. There were many thoughtful and considerate touches which raised this stay above many other b'n'bs that we have stayed in. We attended evensong and it was very rewarding. The simple continental breakfast was adequate. There are many pubs and restaurants nearby in/near Mirfield. There is also a local train station with Huddersfield being only 8 minutes away. I would highly recommend Mirfield monastery to anyone looking for a slightly different experience.
