Amazing value. I can’t believe it was that cheap to be honest. Was expecting a bit of a dive but it was really pleasant. Comfy bed, good shower. Staff were very accommodating. Had a small issue with the toilet cistern not refilling in the first room, got moved straight away to an even better room. Can’t fault any of it. Nice little stay

This was an attempt to put a modern air bnb approach to an old hotel industry. Reception was manned only when you called, entry was by digital number pads and the rooms were quiet. Centrally located and walking distance to the seafront. Will definitively use again.

I stayed at the Mowbray to see the Sussex Coast and Kent. The hotel proved to be a great choice. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I had an easy walk to Eastbourne’s board walk, great local places to eat and a nice building btw.

I think they have made a great job of providing comfortable conditions for the clients of Mowbury court hotel.....Really good breakfast with a variety of cereal ..pastries ..cooked breakfast and extras...warm friendly staff making sure your stay is home to home

A lovely two night stay. In a great location, close to restaurants, pier and beach. Parking is great too. Breakfast is lovely as are the staff. Arrival instructions are very clear. Room was compact, although fine for us.

It was my 2nd stay in Mowbray. Very friendly and lovely hotel. I think I booked last available room, small single bed one. Even though it was very small, it was furnished in a way it was very convenient and comfortable for my short stay. Large windows give a spacey feeling. Small en-suite bathroom could use a little bit of renovation but everything was in working order so no issues there. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Great location, 3 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes walk from the train station

The hotel is situated in a perfect location,next to the theatre and tennis courts two minutes from the promenade and five minutes from the town restaurants and bars. The room that my wife and I had was of a good size with huge double bed and excellent sized efficient shower. The whole premises were clean comfortable and warm. The breakfast had superb selection of cereal fruit yogurt cold meats and cheeses. The warm selection again was excellent and of good quality products. No corners were cut on quality. Without doubt an excellent stay of 4 nights and would re book without any hesitation
