Nice comfortable room that catered for my needs. Found it to be clean and all little extras included eg iron ironing board hairdryer and tea coffee and biscuits. My only criticism is the pillows were very thin and lumpy also the batteries in the remote control ran out so couldn't watch tv

This was my 3rd stay at the Normanhurst Hotel in the last 9 months. Room very good, slightly on the warmer side this time, but only reported on leaving. A good nights sleep received. Parking good, around one mile walk from the tram stop in one direction and around a mile to a mile and a half to the stores. Breakfast nice. Preferred hotel to stay at when in the area.

Convenient for work. Free parking and very welcoming staff. Superior double room has a mini fridge and microwave to go with kettle etc which is really useful.

I couldn't find the location of the hotel but Rachide patiently kept me in line for 15 minutes and guided me to the hotel. Very welcoming and If i come to Manchester , I will definitely stay here again .

We were presently surprised at the size of our room as it was more like the size of a suite! The room was very warm as was the bathroom The bed was comfortable but as I always have problems with pillows I should have thought to have brought my own! Didn’t have breakfast as we had to leave earlier so cannot comment Would definitely stay there again if we were in the area
