I came last week and had the most amazing meal from the set menu! Hats off to the chef! Even better, me and my lovely wife had the most amazing waitress, I believe her name was India? She was so kind, even though I was a bit painful, she couldn't do enough for us, above and beyond! Would come again.

I will definitely come back. I was there for lunch on Sunday and was quite satisfied with the food. The service was excellent, especially the service provided by annabelle. The staff check with the chef very meticulously as we needed gluten-free options. It's less formal than a restaurant but well ahead of most pubs. It's not cheap, but it's worth a visit.

I would suggest this hotel and would not hesitate to book a room there again on my next trip to Bourmouth. To begin with, a pleasant stay with fantastic cuisine was had. For the first day of our two-night stay, we were led to our accommodation. It was small but sufficient for the two of us. It had a lovely, pleasing appearance, a pleasant smell, and very peaceful sounds emanating from the included Rogers radio. The ensure was spotless, bright, and packed with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The dyson air conditioner kept the room cool and comfortable in the room. We had a number of issues, however, but when we alerted to the staff, they couldn't apologize enough and promptly addressed the issues. We both enjoyed a full English breakfast for the first morning, which included tea, coffee, and orange juice. The flavor was a dreadful combination of perfection. On the second morning, we made toast eggs florentine with poached eggs, and again with tea and coffee orange juice. Again excellent. In general, an enjoyable stay that included delicious food. I would only have liked to get the employees' names so I could thank them personally on here. They aren't excluding the chef, if they read this.

I got a clean room that was comfortable but the pizzazz was not worth the price. After paying about 50 euros, the room I was given was table service for food and drink. Never happened tables were dirty and old dying flowers in tiny vases on the table. Breakfast order was wrong but soon resolved check-in was very slow and I was promised an email receipt right away. The staff were pleasant.

The room was so clean, with a nice decor. The food was very tasty, with the best burger ever and the best prawn linguine. Really enjoyed talking with the staff, they had a really good and friendly service, and the breakfast was also delicious!
