We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March. We love Landundno and highly recommend Roseanne. The room is so nice and the bed is very comfortable. Very clean and cozy property. It had a warm feeling as soon as you entered the door. Andrea and Mark are such lovely people and we can't wait to go back. Thank you both for such a lovely stay and making our 4-year-old feel very welcome!

Our vacation was at Roseanne and we can honestly say it deserves it 4 stars. It was immaculate. Andy and Jayne genuinely care about their guesthouse, as you can tell. It is adorned in a lovely manner, and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Even the shower gel was left in the shower for visitors to use in addition to a handwash on the sink. It's the little things like this that make a huge difference. Blackout curtains were installed in our room no 6 and the beds were really comfy. The room's breakfast tray was well stocked. The town center and promenade can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. I wouldn't think twice about suggesting Roseanne, and I will definitely come back.

With less than a week's notice, we were searching online for a guest house in Londodno. Since we couldn't locate an area that was completely available, we began calling around with no success. I was appalled to learn that they had rooms available when we called roseanne. I knew wed love this location right away when I contacted the owner andy. He was kind, laidback, and incredibly accommodating. I think this place deserves a review. The prom and town center are only a short walk away from the property. We arrived midday and were welcomed with enthusiasm. The cleanliness is above the ordinary. The rooms are comfortable, there are nice quality hangers in the wardrobe, nice toiletries, and a lot of tea, coffee, and milk replenished every day. Without a doubt, Id return here. The only drawback of everything I'm currently is that they don't provide breakfast due to covid. As a significant part of the experience, I would love to see this change soon.

Definitely not a place to stay if you're looking for a cracking be in Landunda. The decor and room were nice. The decoration was lovely. The service was friendly and helpful. We got to know the host very well and welcome us.

I have been to Roseanne with my late wife since a long time ago. Recently, I've been there with my brother and his wife. At this well-located guest house, everyone was warmly welcomed. Our rooms were cozy and well-decorated, and we really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Landudno. Thank you, Jay and Andy.
