It's ultra clean and cosy and situated within walking distance of the beach, the town centre, the harbour and wonderful places to eat.

I must say we had an amazing time in Weymouth. Nick and Caroline were just fantastic. The rooms were lovely, breakfast was delicious, they were so helpful with parking, they gave great advice on things to do in and around the area. We’d definitely stay at The Seaham again!

This one week booking was for my partner & myself. Unfortunately due to business I was unable to go so my dear lady partner went on her own. She went by train but got lost (usually does) trying to find the hotel so Nick went out to find her. On first sight she loved her room. She had a wonderful one week stay. She found Nick & Caroline very attentive. The room was cleaned every day & breakfast choices excellent. In fact she got through most on the day on breakfast alone but then she does have a good appetite! Well recommended.

Birthday treat for my partner. We stayed in a room at the back which was lovely and quiet. Nick and Caroline are very welcoming hosts. We were given parking right outside, which is a bonus. Breakfast was great with cereal,fruit and cooked breakfast of your choice. The property is very well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I hope to return shortly. We had a pleasant time at Ham. Excellent location across from the shore, minutes from attractions and eateries. There is no parking on-site, but I doubt any beachfront location in Weymouth would have it anyway. Nick offered us a free parking permit not far from the car park, which covered our stay. There is free parking close by by by until August. Nick and Caroline were gracious, helpful hosts. Room 2 had a lovely balcony with sea views. Must be the nicest apartment in the house! Everything is immaculate. Excellent breakfast and great fruit salad.

This place was the ideal setting for our short visit to Weymouth, close to the beach, gorgeous, cozy, clean rooms, safe car parking, and a breakfast that I haven't had better in hundreds of stays across the country! Great hosts welcomed us into their I and made sure we didn't want anything during our stay. Highly recommend the ham for anyone wanting to visit the beautiful place of Weymouth!

This place is very recommended. We spent a lovely weekend at the Sham in Weymouth. Caroline and Nick are amazing hosts, very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. Even though they made me veggie sausages.

This is a truly lovely experience. The hosts, nick and caroline, made sure our vacation was well-planned. Caroline's breakfasts were first-rate, and the room was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated. Nick was available to assist in taking the suitcases from the car to the bedroom and helping out after our trip. He also provided us with ample parking for the car. The town and bus stops are nearby the be right across the street, so it is close by. Overall, a wonderful holiday at the Sham made us have a great time.

This place is absolutely breathtaking! We stayed at this hotel on the seafront in Weymouth. The place is very clean and well presented. With the comfortable bed and pillows, we had the best nights sleep. The breakfast was fantastic. Freshly prepared with excellent ingredients. Each day, I cooked the eggs and they were perfect. The sausages were also lovely and tasty. The owner should not be forgotten. He is hospitable and welcoming, and he has the perfect balance. When you need him, but not in front of you all the time. He is highly advisable and will return next year.
