Beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds and housekeeping every day. Also soundproof rooms that have a fridge, what more do you need. We loved our stay and will definitely come back again 🙌😊. Just one thing - no usb changing sockets 😳 very unusual. We had to load all our devices onto one plug each night to charge.

We were able to check in as soon as we arrived and the member of staff who assisted us was very helpful, although there's also a smart self-checkin system. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge for my husband's insulin pen. The hotel is in a fantastic and convenient location with many local shops and restaurants. I also love the social idea, with a large area downstairs for chilling out and chatting with friends, playing pool, or working in the provided workspaces. We would happily stay here again!

First time staying at the Social Hub. Loved the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of everything, the community area, and the brunch. The power went out in our room and the staff (Patrick) was incredibly helpful moved us into another room. Had a great time here and will definitely come again! We didn’t get to play ping-pong, but would love to next time! Will recommend this to our friends and family.

The location was very close to buses (for day trips meet-ups) and the two main train stations (Central and Queen Street). The bar and restaurant served great food and drinks for a reasonable price. The room was great but I only had one outlet converter and could have used some usb-c ports in the outlets. The staff were all excellent, friendly, and helpful.

Just back from a nice couple of days at the Social Hub in Glasgow. The only real issue we had with the place was that one of the two rooms that we booked wasn't ready at check in time leaving us hanging around waiting till we could all get settled in and head out into town. Apart from that though the hotel was a brilliant base from which to explore the city. Everything is pretty much in walking distance from the hotel but if you need it there are plenty of public transport options if you want to go further afield. The room was smallish (which we expected) and clean. Considering its city centre location it's also pretty quiet with blackout curtains and a comfortable bed aiding a good night's sleep. Staff were all exceptionally friendly, helpful and (in the case of the delayed room) genuinely sorry that they'd slipped up. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hub for a short break, and look forward to returning.
