Room was spotless and quite big lots of space. Bed very comfortable. We had drinks in the bar on arrival. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of drinks available. Breakfast the next morning, lots of choice. Really enjoyable. Couldn’t fault the whole experience

Love this place! Lovely, welcoming real fires in winter. Cool outdoor area for brighter days. Spent a great couple of hours in the beer garden. Rooms clean and well kitted out. Breakfast brilliant!

Lovely clean rooms, great shower! Very doggie friendly. Roaring fires and beautiful food. 10oz steak and peppercorn sauce cooked to perfection. The Coffee and tiramisu sundae exceptional. We will be back!

Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. We were most impressed by the staff; all of whom were very friendly, professional and made everyone feel welcome. Lastly, this stay was extremely well-priced and we would hooe to come back when next in the area.

Lovely stay. Staff were great. Nice & clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely full English, cereals, fruit. Nice evening meal, not too long to wait and was busy with a wedding reception as well. Would definatly stay again.

Lovely, clean room and friendly welcome. Really helpful service including an offer to pre-order breakfast due to our early start (which was delicious). The only criticism is that we couldn’t get through on the phone to book a table for dinner on arrival but otherwise, our stay was excellent.

Absolutely loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and had Everything you needed incuding tea, coffee, biscuits. Towels were provided and also hand wash and moisturiser. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order as was the evening meals that we had and again they were delicious. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. This is our fifth time we have visited and it is always so good. Cant wait to go again.
