I've been coming here for two years for a birthday treat, and we always receive a friendly greeting. The meals are also delicious. Spa treatments are always in order, and I would recommend the facial to anyone. The bar's service was great, and they gave us prosecco to celebrate my birthday, which we thought was incredibly thoughtful. I hope to return every year. Thank you for your visit, I.

We had dinner included in the price, my starter was a prawn cocktail just ok except for my steak, potatoes, mushrooms, the potatoes were really watery and you could have tapped your shoes with the steak it was so tough. I was offered something else but declined. But the desert was lovely. Nothing to do after food because the bars were in darkness. I ended up back in the room by 9.30 a. M. Watching, not what I anticipated at 135 rp. I normally don't complain but felt so disappointed. The restaurant staff were very nice and probably felt bad taking our food away, hardly touched, let's hope things return to the lovely place it used to be.

There is a hotel that has a good location. The food in this hotel is ordinary and the service is horrible. The personnel are very friendly, but unfortunately there were some that didn't smile at all. After that, you have to wait everywhere you go for the service that they offer.

I was impressed with the service offered, especially the staff who were quite attentive and courteous. They provided an amazing view, and we got a spotless room. They also provide pool access. The breakfast was so delicious.
