We stayed on a Friday evening. The reception were very professional during check in and giving information. The location is perfect for visiting all restaurants and bars that the Quayside has to offer. The apartment we stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a get away or a longer stay!

Short walk from the train station this is a wee treasure of a find. Plush, sumptuous and practical. Great sized apartment with little kitchen area and somewhere to lounge. Lovely walk along the quayside pubs and shirt stroll into the city centre. Fab stay

2nd time here and it was a bargain stay. All good but we had no hot water when we arrived and informed reception who would have sent someone to fix it but we said just do it after our stay but in the morning it was back on but will be back.

Very helpful reception, although a different person every time we returned to the property and nobody asked us who we were before just went through to go up to the apartment. Apartment excellent, plenty of room, very comfy beds and pillows, cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, one ensuite and one shower room. Would have been helpful to have a washing up brush or cloth. Only gripe that it is painted in such dark colours - black or very dark brown woodwork everywhere. It could be a bit noisy outside but that’s not the fault of the hotel. We had an excellent and comfortable two-night stay.

I was in room 103, and to be honest I was pretty impressed. The room was a good size, suitably furnished, a good size TV, and the kitchen was kitted out well enough for self catering. The WiFi was very weak in this room, but I didn't really need it. After seeing other people's issues with water pressure, I can say I had none. The pressure was great, the water was hot, my only niggle was that I hate "stand in the bath" showers. If I had to have a couple of criticisms they would be that the fridge was full of minibar drinks which I had to evict to make space for my food, and the hotel facade floodlights were as bright as 7 sun's, right outside my window, and on all night.

Best deal in town! Not only is it in a great location, but the rooms are also spacious and include a full kitchen equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils. It is very nice to have the option to cook if you do not want to go out to eat for every meal. The staff is so friendly and they are excited to get to know you, but also educate you on the surrounding areas. The only con is on the weekends it can get pretty loud in the area as it is next to popular pubs/bars.

Great location, very large apartments. Only downside was poor water pressure in the en-suite shower.

Udmærket værelse. Kun problemer med et toilet, der ikke ville fylde op igen efter brug. intet problem da jeg kender lidt til vvs. Dejligt område hvor der er mange slags spisesteder. Ca. 10 min gang fra stationen

Overall, our stay was great. Sid and the other front desk staff were extremely helpful. When we got there, the room we were booked in was too noisy because of the restaurant and bar below and they graciously moved us. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, though the couch was a bit abused and the hotel is showing wear. The location is also fantastic and there's easy parking nearby with lots of restaurants and shops.

A great little apartment, two cosy double bedrooms which were very clean. All the amenities we needed were there and the staff were very helpful.

2 kids and two adults. Both bedrooms were of a good size, beds were fine and very little noise from outside despite its location on the Quayside. Fantastic stay and we will be back!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Right in the heart of Newcastle by the famous Tyne bridge. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and huge which made it feel more like a home then an hotel. We will be staying here again once we are back in Newcastle.
