It was clean, well priced and perfect for what we needed. The only negative I found was that there were no hangers.

For a woman who is 5 feet tall, the toilet space was cramped, and her knees could almost touch the wall in front. It was not a pleasure to shower in the dark while in darkness. But, the day after we reported it was restored after speaking with the caretaker. During the three nights we stayed, no cleaning was performed. Some guests complained that the remote check-in process did not work, leaving noisy individuals to sit in the corridor outside our door for a few hours at a few hours. A local laundry service helped us get our clothes quickly retrieved and delivered to our room. AC was a plus during hot weather, but please keep in mind that there is a first-come-first-serve system so if another room decides they want the heater, you are stuck with the appropriate temperature. Victory Station is only a short walk away.

This place is great if you are looking for a convenient location close to Victoria Station. Selfcheck-in, clean, quiet, and the room has everything you need for an ironing board! Also I left my kindle there, but I thought it was on the train, nestor contacted me and returned it which was very kind of him.

The decorating receives 5 out of 5 stars because of the quirky and unique appearance. Restaurants are in a great location and not far from transportation. The air conditioning was functional. The mattress was comfortable. Cookies and teabags were supplied, but the room wasnt as tidy or ready as it should have been pilldrugs on the carpet, bedside lamp and wallmounted nightstandtray were broken, there was no wine glass, no to in the holder, the dresser smells strong and unsavory, there are also food wrappers in the top drawer, theres no closet, the hang bar is very small, no privacy chain or security lock on the door, and only 2 low stools. One must contact someone outside the area because there is no reception desk. The sink style looks excellent, but the bathroom stuff is pretty scarce.

Highly suggest and will definitely return. Just got back from a 2-night stay at Warwick aura. I was a little nervous about some of the mixed, but thought, let's try it, so glad we did. From the minute we arrived till we left we were not disappointed. We were greeted by a lovely, helpful, and friendly man, who sadly we did not recognize his name but said he was a hungarian, he could not have been more helpful if he attempted. Two fantastic rooms on the lower level, immaculately clean, spacious even for my aft son modern room decor, I'm not sure how anyone could complain about the air conditioning. I can't fault this hotel, staff, and customer care, the man who met us is a credit to the company. Thank you.
