Lovely room, quirky decor and a comfy bed. My only issue was the room was quite warm and the windows only opened slightly on a lock with no fan/ac. Would definitely return.

Room was lovely. Clean. Bit noisy, could hear doors from other rooms opening and closing. The car park could do with some better lighting. I couldn’t see where I was parking properly as arrived at night.

It was particularly hot when I visited, so I turned the fan on. The dust that rained down on me from the odd plastic vines and flowers all over the beams made a fair old mess on the bedspread which I tried to clear up as best as possible but was pretty gross, especially since I slept on top of the duvet. Definitely needed a shower in the morning!

We arrived at approximately 9pm, slightly later than advised. Although the front door was locked, the manager (I assume) was still there, cleaning. He let us in when I telephoned and kindly carried our case up to the room. The room itself was clean, fresh, well equipped. However, the room was extremely cold on arrival. We were told that the heating would be turned on, but unfortunately the radiator remained cold throughout the entire night. As a result, the room never warmed up. Due to the lack of heating, we were extremely cold and unable to sleep so we packed up and left before 7am, having effectively been unable to make use of the accommodation. While the room itself was of good quality, the failure of the heating meant our stay fell well below a reasonable standard, and represents a disappointing service failure. This was raised with the property but they refused to acknowledge there was an issue.
