This place has the very comfortable, elegant, stunning and generous accommodation. We heartily endorse it. The bed is great, the breakfast is also very good. The view from the balcony of the villa is stunning. This beautiful Victorian home has fantastic gardens and a tiny but charming pool. I adored it.

We stayed a couple for one night only because we were attending a party. The hotel manager, Jason, was incredibly kind and helpful, and we were in our room within five minutes. Since the room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and the gardens and views were also wonderful, I really have no complaints. It is a tiny hotel with only four rooms, making it easier to find another location far from the big hotels and the bustle. Would unquestionably return here!.

This charming, accommodating hotel has friendly personnel. At the back of the house, there are lovely panoramas. Everything is of top-notch quality, and the area is immaculately clean. The best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel are without a doubt. Our yellow room was incredibly comfy, and it had a lovely mattress and bed. Despite being large and contemporary, the restroom may not be suitable for everyone because there isn't a toilet door and only a curtain between the bathroom and the bedroom. The old town of Hastings is accessible on foot from the hotel, which is located on a hill. It was great to have tasty conveniences such as biscuits, hot chocolate in the evening, and a cafetiere in the room.

The garden was also beautifully kept, and this place is wonderful. We stayed here for one night in June and had a great time. The staff, Jason, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. We stayed in a blue room with a beautiful sea view and an incredibly comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was excellent, and it might be the best I've ever had. The food here was very tasty, including complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallows, a wonderful supply of cold beverages to bring to your room, and very well kept gardens.

This week, I returned from spending two nights there. There are four individually conceived rooms. The back two rooms are spacious, overlooking a lovely garden and the distant sea. The front has two rooms. We stayed in the modest red room, which has everything you could possibly need. Wonderful breakfasts with plenty of choices and table notes with weather details for the day, etc. When you return in the evening, hot chocolate and marshmallows will be prepared for you.
