It was very clean and the hostess went out of her way to make you feel welcome. The room had everything i needed and very close to where i was working. I will definitely be coming back here .

Love this hotel /B&B this was a return trip to this place . It’s central to everything a few minutes to the town and town center …we could see the tower from our bedroom window. If you expect 5star then this isn’t for you but if you need a nice clean comfortable place to stay then book them now …the only gripe I have is the bed wasn’t big enough and was a bit lumpy but apart from that 10/10

This was part of extended stay for visiting my husband in Blackpool Victoria hospital. I received excellent help and service from the Winter Gardens suites team. My stay was very comfortable and I felt safe on my own. We will book again when my husband has recovered to have a holiday there together. I can not thank the team enough xxx

Our stay at the Winter Garden Suites was for when my husband was in Blackpool Victoria Hospital for an operation. My stay was extended for visiting the hospital as my husband was in ICU longer. I received excellent service and help from the team at this hotel. My stay was very comfy and the room was very clean. We will be booking again when my husband can enjoy a holiday there. I can not thank the team enough xxx

The room was comfy and clean just need abit of a make over in the showers but bathroom clean , i had to put kettle on the floor to boil it as the plug wasn't long enough to boil it on counter , but owners are lovely and i would stay there again

For the price paid this was an excellent stay. Can’t expect full luxury at this price. Everything was as expected - rooms warm and bed comfy. Tea and coffee in room, limited help yourself breakfast as highlighted.

What a lovely hotel and really nice surprise! booked a one night stay on the last minute and wasnt execting the best due to paying such a bargain pricexx we were amazed from the moment we walked into the hotel mark and lovely receptionist were so welcoming and even though we were two hours early for checkin they we so nice and made us a free coffee and quickly got out room ready xx Complimentary snacks and drinks throughout our stay including fruitx we was amazed. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable mini break thank you so much.

Contacted on the morning of our stay to say we would be able to check in early and added to a WhatsApp group with the reception team in case of any issues. The housekeeper on arrival was lovely, she didn’t speak much English but communicated via google translate and helped us with our bags (we were travelling with a dog and baby). We were allocated 2 rooms (family room I believe) and these were more than adequate size wise, and very clean. The building is old so there are some cracks in plaster etc but nothing that appeared dangerous. The heating is only on at certain times but without asking the housekeeper left an electric heater if we needed it. The shower was hot, powerful and clean too. We parked in the shopping centre car park which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel - unsure if there is any free parking but we didn’t ask. Also we didn’t eat breakfast here so can’t comment on that. Location wise this hotel couldn’t be better, the Winter Gardens are over the road and Blackpool Tower is just through the shopping centre.
