Kamarnya tidak kecil, tapi kecil. Hotel ini berada di seberang jalan dari polisi dan teater, tetapi POSITIONNYA MENARIK! The location is excellent, but the staff is what makes it even better. Michael went above and beyond to ensure that i had the best nights sleep by providing me with several fans and checking the ac in my room because my ac wasnt working. Michael seemed sincere, hardworking, and always willing to help and accommodate whenever and wherever he could.

Perfect location. Clean but compact room with a fantastic large tv right at the foot of the bed. Complimentary coffee, tea and water. Fluffy white towels with powerful hairdryer. Cozy and ideal for short stays.

The rooms are very clean. The only reason i gave them a point. Its because my air conditioner didnt work last time, although they did provide a fan and moved my room the next day, which was great service. Great place to go for the great location.

As a firsttime solo traveler to london, i stayed here. The location was fantastic! Buses and the underground are nearby. There are numerous stores and eateries close by. Chinatown, lexington square, and covent garden are all within walking distance. I reserved a windowless room. The room was small, but the facilities and room were immaculate, and as a solo traveler with limited space, i didnt have any issues. The bed was large and took up half of the room. I appreciated that the room had water, tea, and tea. I was able to make coffee in the morning. Breakfast is offered as an optional charge i didnt get this. The personnel were pleasant. It only took one line to get to the airport at heathrow. Would undoubtedly return to this hotel. Given the hotels location, i believed it was reasonably priced.

I stayed for two nights on a business trip. I chose the hotel because it was well located and honestly it was fine for one person. The location is great whether you like sightseeing or start your journey by public transport. The rooms are almost a sytacular clean, modern and the lighting and shades technology in the room was very high quality. You couldnt really open the window so the air conditioning was crucial and worked well. It has everything you need and is perfect if you dont plan to spend the day in the room or lobby. The breakfast and foyer area are modern and functional. The wifi was fast and reliable. The service was friendly, helpful and professional. This is a budget hotel for tourists looking to stay close to the city center. The rooms are very small but suitable for couples. If booking here, i recommend booking directly through the hotel website after becoming a member as it will give you free access to the wine and cheese tasting that they host every day in the afternoon.

Hotel yang bagus di pusat kota, kamarnya kecil tapi cukup untuk mandi dan tidur, ini hotel untuk beristirahat, bukan untuk menghabiskan berjam-jam di dalamnya. Layanan kamar sangat baik, sangat bersih dan layanan yang baik. Sarapan sangat sederhana untuk harga yang Anda bayar, ada supermarket dan toko di dekatnya untuk membeli sarapan yang enak. This hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Its in the perfect location. The london eye, london dungeon, mandm shop, chinatown, and much more are all within walking distance. The shower was broken, i would say, and you couldnt stand under the shower. We just lifted the shower head off to shower because the shower head just fell down. Apart from that, everything else was perfect, and i would stay here again.

We chose it because it was centrally located to everything we wanted to see in the city. The rooms were clean, the ac worked well and the shower was strong. The bed was comfortable especially after a long flight. Breakfast wasnt included but was an option. The staff were friendly. The room was small with no window which we knew when booking. You have to open one large luggage at a time. The price is reasonable considering the location! Its worth booking here!.
