Lovely place, just out of the town centre. Craig was really welcoming on arrival. I stayed in the Oak room which was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a nice big bathroom area with a rainfall walk in shower. Free parking was off the road in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more. Perfect for the weekend away.

Craig was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. He was knowledgeable about the local area and provided good advice when needed. Room was very clean and presented to a very high standard. 100% would recommend staying at TLC.

We stayed at TLC Exmouth for 2 nights and were greeted with a vey warm welcome from Craig. We were really impressed with our room it was spotless just as I would want when staying away from home. I would really recommend staying here.

I would highly recommend staying here. Craig was very happy to take my wife Frances in for 7 nights. Excellent hospitality. Nothing was too much at this family run business. We were given a yew room. For our stay because this has a settee. Very friendly and helpful. It is nice to be made welcome and homey. Don't forget their beautiful dog rosie.

From the minute we arrived Craig couldn't have been more welcome. It is spotless, clean and has convenient parking. We had a delicious and healthy cooked breakfast! It is in a convenient location with easy access into Exmouth and Exter. Craig was pleased to recommend local restaurants. We will definitely be back!.

We stayed for 10 nights at this great place very close to Exmouth town and station. The oak room is spacious and tastefully furnished with a large bathroom. Craig paid attention to all our needs while respecting our privacy.

We stayed as a family of four at tac in august booking two great rooms. The owners Craig and Theresa are very invested in making sure you have a great stay with them and that you enjoy their town, Exmouth. We stayed for 3 nights and could not fault anything. The breakfast is excellent. If you are staying I recommend choosing this option.

Thanks to Craig and Theresa for making our weekend so wonderful! This was our first time staying in Exmouth, and we know it won't be our last! Craig was a fantastic host, he was warm and welcoming, and he told us about all the hot spots and the best restaurants. The facility was lovely, spotless, and safe. The bed in the room was comfy, and the bathroom was stunning.
