We only stay 1 night and lovely welcome from the person on reception very helpful and the staff that was on in the evening were fabulous couldn’t do enough for you and they were run off they feet Big shout out to the staff behind the bar they tried they best but they were running out of stuff

Every time I arrived, I was given such a warm and welcoming welcome, and everyone was excellent throughout my 3 night stay. I had a list of all the staff names, but I lost it. The hotel was clean, with plenty of parking, and the food was delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

We made a reservation years earlier, before any football competitions began, for my daughters birthday. The check-in process went smoothly, the room was clean, with comfortable mattresses, and flat pillows and no extra pillows in the room. The bartender didn't want to be there when we went out for tea and returned to the bar. We had to move a table because there were bottles and glasses all over the tables. No draught beer was available. The noise began as soon as we went to bed. The boy racing and people were busy walking into our room in room 3, which we were in. The boy racing were playing in the room, which was crowded and singing. In the morning, two men entered the room above at 11 a.m., and they continued singing and chanting for the duration of a half hour until the doors were slamming, and it remained peaceful until the start of the game. Im confident they could put families on the opposite side of the hotel, and football supporters on the other side. The woman was largely fine with her replenishment of everything, the breakfast was a hit or miss with everything. To speak to our evenings stay, when checking out, surprised no one was present. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not! Although I've been in many cities, including Leeds, London, Manchester, and other areas, none were as

The hotel is close to the center but far enough away to not be too close, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and professional. Excellent value for the money, will definitely stay here again.
