Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are on a budget, good value for the money. Yes, if you read the reviews for the hotel it probably needs a little tactic in the public areas, but the rooms my husband and I and family had were clean and had everything you needed, tea and coffee, and toiletries. There is nowhere else to go.. A more central location, close to all the city center attractions. Unfortunately, this hotel is by far the staff who make it. However, the one young man at the front desk with the most unwelcoming demeanor, would do well to look and learn from his colleagues who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

My friend and I decided to stay here because we were traveling abroad on 7112022. We got there early in the afternoon, but the woman in reception who was sitting in the reception didn't welcome us so much, so we had to call her several times before responding it must be a long day already for her. Karen gave me a warm welcome at the reception for me the next day at 8112022. She had gone an extra mile out of what she had the previous day. The next day, we enjoyed our vacation. I want to ask something so I spoke to Karen about it. Karen welcomed me at the reception and gave me a pass. She went a long way from the woman who had been there the previous day. I appreciate the morning employees at 8112022. You did a fantastic job!.

A significant plus is that the weather was much better than anticipated and had dry and balmy weather for the time of year that reached 15 degrees instead of the usual 5 degrees. Queen Street hotel is conveniently situated and close to George Square and Queen Street Station. There are numerous alternative restaurants nearby, but the hotel is spotless and welcoming. For those who like classical performances, the royal concert hall is close by.
