Stayed here for 5 nights and definitely would recommend. Great location with free parking, close to all the bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to fistral beach. The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming. The rooms where clean and the breakfast was the best and cheapest we tried in the area. Overall fantastic stay.

The Trelinda Hotel is a lovely place to stay. Great location as close to Newquay centre, harbour and beaches and also good for exploring other places. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and have gone out of their way to ensure social distancing whilst walking in and out of the hotel and when having breakfast. Breakfast is lovely and great to have that flexibility if you don’t want it every day. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the four of us.The food at breakfast was well cooked, varied and plentiful. The owners were friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble.

We had a great stay in the newly refurbished hotel. It has a great setting overlooking a beach. We parked the car in the evenings and made an about 10 minutes walk to the main street of Falmouth and all the restaurants. Staff was very helpful in explaining how to get to Trebah garden (our favorite one of our Cornwall stay). Breakfast was a full English. I would recommend this hotel and Falmouth general as a great place to see the south of Cornwall.

We recently got back from a 7-night stay at the Melanda. We were in room 12 with a crib and had a great time. The room was clean, comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was also nicely equipped. Great selection for breakfast, from full English to cereal and pancakes, there isn't a buffet at the moment because you are careful with couid, so order from the table and it will be served freshly prepared. The honesty bar in the lounge was a plus on many occasions, especially after returning from a long, tiring walk. Sasha and Kevin are fantastic hosts, friendly and eager to answer any questions you might have. We would definitely recommend this place, and we will certainly use it again if we are in the Newquay area.

I recently returned from a week at Melodia. We had a balcony suite with a view of Newquay bay. It included a modern suite, a living area with all the facilities including a refrigerator, and a private bedroom with a king-sized bed. The balcony is a significant plus. Free parking is available but can be a little tight, but if you are a competent driver, it shouldn't be an issue. There is plenty of freshly cooked breakfast each morning. Because it was so close to town and the beach, we adored it here. We would definitely stay here again and suggest it to everyone.

This hotel was exactly what we needed for the money. Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent location and onsite parking. Just be aware that your car may need to be moved and check out the day we were told to move our car as soon as we left. Breakfast was good each day and had plenty of options. Few things that could have improved our stay but werent expected because it was very affordable. There was a fridge in the room with a shared fridge with drinks, the shower was adequate but not a power shower, and more clothes storage we stayed for 5 days. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This guest house is worth the price, 15 minutes to the Mistral and 2 minutes to the town down the hill. It is worth staying here just for breakfast. Thank you so much, Kalvin and Saha. We will definitely stay here again and again.

Quite early to check in. They didn't do enough for us. Our bikes were looked up safely and completely secure, out of the way. The sea view and 200 meters from the town made it simple for us to get around. Staff nice and the Kevin breakfast is a winner. Thank you for having us. The only problem I had was that I couldn't say goodbye in person so I will say it on here. Without a doubt I recommend and will be back soon.
