The perfect base camp on Skye. Exactly what we wanted for our stay. Walking distance to the Fairy Glen, RHA falls, and the port as well as a quick drive into Portree if you want to go into actual town. Not to mention the stunning view from our room. The staff is amazingly helpful and I can’t say enough good things about the restaurant.

The room was wonderful, with a lovely view; it was in the lodge, so a bit of a walk to the restaurant. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant; we enjoyed our food very much, especially the seeded rolls. (We were disappointed that the rolls weren't available at breakfast.)

Great staff, friendly and efficient. Good wines and dinners. Breakfast - full Scottish- huge! But other options easily enjoyed too. Porridge could have been creamier - ask for it to be made with milk. Lovely view. Would be nice to have a lounge area to enjoy a drink before dinner or coffee afterwards either one of the whisky’s on offer.

Another fantastic stay at The Uig Hotel. Every member of staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, we stayed in the 33 room in Lodge. Had a great view. Will definitely be back

One of the more beautiful hotels that I've been to. The hotel staff are great, the dinner and free breakfast were fantastic and it's located right on the water which provides stunning views. I would absolutely come back here again

Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and accommodating to me and my pup. The breakfast options and the food options at dinner are great and the food is amazing. The view from the hotel is incredible. I highly recommend and will stay here again when I’m back in Skye.

I don’t know where to begin. What a beautiful, beautiful spot. Check in was easy and quick. The staff were so kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were housed in a joining room which was perfect for our family of 4. Our favourite part was the food. We booked a reservation for the night of our arrival. The Mac and cheese on the kids menu was the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had (of course I had to eat some of our kids’ meals lol). The beds were exceptionally comfortable! We were blown away by the breakfast - complementary to your stay and it was phenomenal. I didn’t realize it was part of our stay so I was quite shocked when we didn’t have to pay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying on the Isle of Skye. It’s a perfect spot to stay if you’re doing a northern Skye loop (old man of Storr, kilt rock, quiraing etc). This definitely is more than a 3 star hotel in my opinion! I’d choose a spot like this over a Sheraton any day.

We stayed in double adjoining rooms and the unit was clean and spacious. Luckily there were tabletop fans to cool down while sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean but did not have a bathtub, which would have made my stay more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was nice with a warm cozy vibe. Easy and convenient parking. Close to the ferry.
