Location (20 minutes walk to Town) - close enough, yet far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise. Superb breakfast. Clean rooms (fully equipped with microwave, fridge, large TV, sink) and very clean large shower rooms (there are 3 upstairs, so availability isn't an issue). All staff very pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking. We'll definitely stay again.

The workers there are very kind and helpful, it’s well ran hotel which I chose last minute and they were able to sort everything out for me. The breakfast at the hotel was the best breakfast I have had at a hotel, and if I was staying in derby again I would definitely come back as it is good value for money!

Excellent host, a few minor maintenance needs but overall we enjoyed the stay. There is a excellent pub, Indian and Chinese restaurant within walking distance. Good quality English breakfast served by staff who made you feel welcome.

Lovely 2 night stay at Victoria Park, the room and the hotel were very clean. The hotel it’s self is an old building which could be a little bit more maintained. The only downside is that there are no ensuit rooms but there are plenty of bathrooms/toilets around. I never had to wait for a bathroom and they were all very clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots to chose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is onsite and parking and it took us about 15 mins to walk in to town. Would definitely stay again.
