Very friendly hotel. The rooms very warm and a comfy bed. We enjoyed our lunch and evening meal. We would go back there again. The only thing to note is the spa pool is a hydro pool and is large but only about 2 feet deep so you cannot swim and the facilities need work

We enjoyed are stay but the room didnt have a view, the view we had was a tool shed with diggers in and the main road, other than that it was a good hotel I would stay again.

Staff at white waters were excellent. They were always pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. The day we arrived our room was too hot so they moved us. The bed whilst beautiful was a little too soft for us so they moved Us again - perfect Restaurant had decent choice and good food as shown by its popularity Would happily return here. Thank you for a lovely stay

The weather fortunately was in our favour and exploring the local area was superb. The walk to Horseshoe Falls was beautiful. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, my compliments to the Chef. Prices in the Hotel for Food and Drink were also very reasonable. The view from the outdoor decking breath-taking. Thank You All for a wonderful stay, we will come back soon. If I did have to criticise anything it would be having to pay extra for the Full English breakfast.

Fantastic amazing service from a hotel that wants to ensure your stay was fabulous Only didsaponted with hotel.com but this hotel understood and went up and above my expectation to look after there customers Will go again it's a beautiful village which i have been a few times People say it's the service that counts and i agree it was amazing and the upgrade was unexpected but appreciated The young lady who waited on around 17/18 yrs was a class Was so lovely i would recommend this to all Warm cosy and so welcoming

Don't need the car once your in which is nice had a view over the river plenty of nice easy walks from the hotel + lots of places a short car drive away

Weekend break to attend a classic car run on Sunday, his meant we didn't have to drive to join the event and could relax locally thereafter. Enjoyed a steam train ride and visiting station shops and shopping in Llangollen. Good menu at hotel for evening meals on site.
