Immaculately clean property & room & lovely stay... beautifully presented & furnished & decorated. A very old building with so much charm & original features. Comfy bed & lovely bedding. Breakfast was superb... Very varied & great choices for breakfast, beautifully presented, top quality food. Absolute top marks for all the service which was both professional & friendly. Good local parking & just a few minutes walk into centre. An enjoyable stay and would recommend. Sandra & Colin ~ great team work !

We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend.

An exceptional B&B in the heart of lovely Richmond. Colin and Sandra are excellent hosts who cannot do enough to make your stay fantastic. Lovely rooms with all the facilities you need. The award winning breakfast is just that with plenty of options to suit even the fussiest eaters. The property is an easy walk to the heart of the town but set in a quiet area.

A fabulous stay at this quaint guest house. Sandra & Collin were more than accommodating and ensured our stay was hassle free. The guest house is superbly clean and fresh and we found it in a fantastic location and great for walking and with quick access to the River Swale and Market Place of Richmond. A peaceful and uninterrupted nights sleep which was swiftly followed up by a superb breakfast all freshly cooked, I have to say it’s one of the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Thanks for a marvellous stay, we’ll certainly be back.

The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything needed in our. The guest house is a beautiful cottage with a rich history which is worth reading in the welcome book. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything needed from teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cookies, chocolates and mints, going over and above the usual couple of tea bags etc. the bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful and always hot. The bed was so comfy we slept amazingly. The options provided for breakfast was so many we wished we had stayed more then the one night we did and we did have was cooked to perfection. You have to try the toast made with homemade bread. The location is excellent for the centre of town with lots of eating and drinking options close by. The only gripe is the parking places are few and far between but this is no fault of the hosts or guest house, it is a problem in the whole town during busy periods. Cannot fault this place at all and will most definitely be my first choice pick when staying in Richmond in the future.

This lovely property was a 3 minute walk into Richmond Market place, parking was available opposite,and we were offered a lovely cream tea with homemade scones when we arrived. The rooms were immaculately clean,nice and spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The shower was amazing. Breakfast cooked to perfection and served by the owners with homemade bread toasted. Sandra and Colin were very knowledgeable about Richmond and surrounding areas, lovely couple

A very warm welcome at a very nice bed and breakfast in the heart of the town, with ample on road parking.Great room with a huge comfortable bed and quite an extensive [and delicious] breakfast menu.Highly recommended and will stay here again if we are in the area.
