We had a comfortable stay at this Hotel.The staff were very nice. We had a car parking space. No problem. Before we checked out the following morning, we had a delicious english breakfast served by a very attentive gentleman. We will definitely visit again. Ideal location for visiting West Sussex. The Woodcock Hotel included The Ghurkha Restuarant. Shame we didnt have time to have a meal. Great.

This was a great value stay. Efficient and friendly reception, shown to my room, spacious room, good shower, porridge and cereal bar given for breakfasts in the room (as well as the usual tea and coffee), proper coat hangers and a quality large kettle. Minor inconveniences would be that it can be difficult to see where to park (very temporarily) and it takes a good couple of minutes to get hot water from the hot water tap over the sink. By the way, the menu and restaurant look great.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends. Although on a main road it is in an isolated spot. It did not come with breakfast they did leave cereal bars and porridge pots. The rooms were clean and tidy but with a mismatch of furniture. The food in the restaurant was excellent, very tasty.

Be prepared to pay 2x40 gbp for taxi from/to Gatwick airport. Only restaurant is at the inn and it is indian and nepalese. Stay pleasant though. Clean. Helpful staff.

Easy parking and staff very friendly. The room was poor, with lumpy mattress. There was very little sound proofing and very noise from road, guest coming and going. Window in room didn’t close properly.
