Very easy to access, 5-10mins walk from centre of Oxford. 5 mins to a Tesco Express which was very useful. Really tidy, great mini-kitchen, and a really tidy shower room/toilet - no bath though. Just wish I'd stayed there the other nights I was in Oxford. Great choice here.

This was a great find! There are two rooms plus a bathroom. It was stocked with snacks and breakfast items when we arrived. There was a fan in the bedroom, which we appreciated. Three was free WiFi. It was a convenient walk to center of Oxford. We were given access instructions prior to arrival by contacting them from instructions on confirmation email. We stayed two nights and our room was serviced between them, which was nice. If you need a front desk, this wouldn't be for you. But I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

I booked last minute and immediately called the owner for instructions (as advised by hotels.com), but if booking with more notice, you can expect instructions without calling I believe. The instructions came through by text within 5 minutes. A self-sufficient room with codes to enter the main door and the room. Spacious room (301), which was very well put together. Great en-suite. The shower was acceptable, but would prefer more pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the room also had the nice of a couple of small bottles of orange juice, milk and some cereals for breakfast. I'd definitely recommend if you're happy without a reception, welcome from staff etc.
