The rooms are small but clean and wellmaintained. Perfect as a base in the centre of London to be able to go in and out without having to worry about carrying bags everywhere.4.8/531 Aug 2023

This is my first time staying with this brand. Its tight for americans, but its in the center of London and if you only use it to sleep, thats all you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a cafe downstairs and delicious nightly cheese and wine for guests (join the members club!). Nice note the windows were doublepaned which is rare in england, from what i heard, so while it was still noisy (hey, its right in front of one of the busiest areas in town), the noise was much reduced and we had no trouble sleeping except for the occasional emergency response vehicle. You are central to everything here - picadilly, chinatown, theatre district, and easy walk to major highend shopping like regent street and seville row, old Victorian alleyways with antique maps and bookshops4.6/529 Aug 2024

This place offers excellent value for the money. Despite being a budget hotel, the rooms are impeccably clean and modern. Situated right in the heart of soho, with everything just outside your door, this place is truly exceptional. I will definitely return to stay here again.4.6/527 Aug 2024

The location is ideal for getting to most of London, and id gladly return! Warm and welcoming greetings! When his colleague saw we were waiting, he immediately invited us to the counter and offered us very helpful tourist advice. We arrived quickly and were ready in 15 minutes. The lobby had complimentary water and apples, as well as a 24hour cafe or restaurant. Hot chocolate tea and coffee were provided in the rooms, which were spotless! Very cozy bed. Since it was only used to sleep and shower in our room without windows, it worked out perfectly for me because we only needed to use it to rest and take naps. Speaking of showers, make sure you stay with someone you are comfortable with because the bathroom and bath are secretive! Thank you.4.6/56 May 2024

Great location in soho, central london. The rooms are comfortable with a single bed, side table and wet room for bathroom (shower only, no bath). The hotel has all the basics, the only problem i found was that my rooms curtains didnt fit the window so the flood light outside my window lit the room at night. I would stay here again when in London for business.4.6/58 Dec 2023

A simple hotel in the center of soho and covent garden. It has a lift ( 1), really good air conditioning ( ) and friendly staff ( 1. The beds are very uncomfortable and the shower will likely cause septic shock unless you hold the nozzle at all times. But its fine for one night.4.6/59 Jun 2023

I would recommend the Z chain hotel to everyone, as well as the services of ziad and facundo who were a pleasure to meet. The Z hotel in soho is based on shinny street and is an excellent place to stay that met all my needs and expectations. As i was able to sleep alone, the rooms are spotless. Ziadas and Facundo, who are kind, caring, and gave me courtesy, are all very warm and inviting. I couldnt express how much gratitude for their hospitality they are credited to the hotel.4.6/59 Jun 2023

I stayed here for the new years and had a good experience overall. I saw some reviews that said this is upscale hotel, but id say its more of tastier budget hotel. Location is almost unbeatable as you are in the heart of soho so everywhere we went this hotel was in it all. Also very convenient walk to nearby tube stations. Rooms are probably the smallest hotel rooms ive ever seen (and ny hotel room rooms are cramped). I was staying with my partner and there wasnt even enough space to open both suitcases so we had to pack up all our stuff every day which was incredibly difficult. The bathroom is only separated by glazed walls so there is not much privacy when using the toilet or shower. Be prepared for steam because the room will also be very humid even with air conditioning on. Most of the staff were also very helpful in solving any problems, however, omar really made us feel welcome and looked after. It was also pleasantly surprised to receive free wine and cheese since we booked directly with the hotel!.4.6/58 Apr 2023

The location is excellent, and there are restaurants, shops, or pubs right outside the hotel. We had a late flight and had to leave all of our luggage at the motel while we left. The hard beds and the lack of tidiness in the bathroom were the drawbacks. Excellent personnel, spotless, easy to checkin and out.4.6/528 Mar 2023

The west end, covent garden, etc. Are all conveniently located near this place. It was a bonus that we were able to hold our bags for free before checking in. In the evening, it was unexpectedly quiet. I would return and recommend it.4.4/516 Aug 2024

This place has a great location. If you are claustrophobic, dont get stifling rooms without windows! Apart from that, its fantastic! Additionally, if its the weekend, be prepared to hear the buzz of soho! The staff is helpful and proactive albeit i find it advisable to stay at this price point.4.4/523 Feb 2024

This place is very strategic for its central position and offers affordable prices compared to other structures in soho. The rooms are definitely small. I recommend it for a short stay or for people who dont mind staying in stifling rooms. But the rooms were very functional and clean.4.4/517 Aug 2023

The location is fantastic. The service provided by the hotel has been excellent to date. While it is not a luxurious hotel as some others have described, the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. You should be aware that sharing the space will be challenging for two people because the double bed faces one side up against the wall.4.4/531 May 2023

Id definitely choose an upgraded room if i were to stay here again. Let me begin by stating that the Z hotel soho is excellent value for money in central london. Its location is ideal for any tourist trying to squeeze a lot into incredibly short time periods. Having said that our room was small and the bed mattress was firm. However, ive had enough sleep!.4.2/516 Dec 2023

Overall, i would strongly recommend this place. Fantastic location if you want to see harry potter and the cursed child. You couldnt have been closer! The room was small, but we had a good nights sleep. The front of the house was very accommodating and allowed us to check in very early, which was great.4.2/511 May 2023

The room was small, but it was very nice, had a great view, and the location was great. It was perfect for us because we only had hand luggage and didnt plan to spend much time at the hotel anyway. My only problem was that there werent any lights near the mirrors so i couldnt see well get ready, which wasnt the end of the world.4.2/55 Feb 2023

This place is in a great location! Wow, this is what you pay for. Right in the center of everything! The service team was exceptional! It was my first time in south england, and they went above and beyond to assist me in getting around. Very kind and friendly! There was hardly any window in this tiny room. Since it was so small there, i had to use the shower to store my bags. Both hot and heat worked perfectly. The bed was cozy! Cleaning did incredibly well! If you want to start your day with breakfast buffet, there isnt much to eat. There are only fewer options, more like snacks. Overall, im happy with it because the high rates are appropriate for the prime location. Many thanks to everyone!.Popular Facilities
