Tommy was an excellent host. Kept himself available should any need arise. Rooms were spacious, exquisitely decorated, bed was super comfy, room temp was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Inn is more beautiful than the pictures! On-site parking. Stairs may be an issue for some with heavy luggage. Really appreciated the added special touch of a welcome sign with our names on it, on our room doors! Four adults traveling and no complaints. Thanks for making our trip so memorable, Tommy! Would love to return one day. Best to your success!

Huge property with garden area and dog park. Grand home with Beautiful rooms and decor thruout!!! Bed comfortable. Would have liked to see more creative food at breakfast like real eggs, pancakes, French toast, fresh fruit salad. Would definitely come back.

We loved the 1912 B&B! What a cute historic house with an interesting history. Tracey and Tommy were excellent hosts, and the Spring room’s patio was perfect with the pleasant weather! Breakfast was super tasty as well :)

READ ME: For me and my wife, this was an extremely pleasant discovery and experience. We like different, so while this place can be made workable (which I will tell you how to do), keep in mind that this might not be your cup of tea on a business trip where stardardization may have been the better choice. If you want the best of the old and the new and you depend on electronics as I do, bring at least 2 multi-outlet extension cords and maybe even a power strip or two (I do that anyway, and in this case I used them all). If you need an ice machine to pack a lot of ice to keep coolers cold between or during excursions or trip legs, plan on stopping somewhere to get a bag or two of ice as needed. And that stop may, this is also the only place I've ever seen where you'll eat breakfast using ornate real silver utensils on china plates and drinking orange juicr from crystal goblets. And whike the distance from the parking area to the entrance isn’t excessive, its also a landscaped terrain followed by significant stairs, so if you don't pack light, like maybe one carryon per person, a folding wagon might be the ticket to get anything larger or heavier than that to the building and up the stairs to your room without help (and not because the owners won't offer you help, they will and they are the nicest and most helpful folks you can imagine, but) staying here is all about the experience rather than just a place to rest and get refreshed before an o'dark:30 roll call in the AM.

What a gem! Tracey, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Despite it's proximity to streets and businesses, it was quiet and peaceful. Parking is on-site and private. We would definitely return; one of the top B&B we've been to.

We had a wonderful second stay at 1912 Bed and Breakfast! Tracey greeted us warmly. She set up a table for our lovebird's cage. The Romance room was lovely. We had a coffeemaker in the room and premium channels on the tv. We enjoyed the history narrative by Tracey at breakfast.
