After driving more than 700 miles to Omaha, I was hungry and tired. When I arrived, a gentleman named Gary welcomed me. When I mentioned that I was as hungry as a hostage, he requested a good restaurant recommendation. Gary suggested that I try Drivers' stake house if I liked a good stake meal. I went to my room, got it cleaned up, and went back down to the lobby to get directions, and Gary provided me with exact directions for the driver. It brightened up a long journey because Gary was really friendly and funny to deal with. When I returned to the hotel, gary was smoke-free outside and we talked for a few minutes. With his personality and professionalism, Gary was a fantastic person. I was delighted to be able to locate a hotel employee with a positive attitude and great customer service skills. I have stayed in six different hotels while traveling the nation. The hotel was clean, the room was immaculate, and the service was excellent. On my return journey, I wouldn't think twice about staying here.
