Reallllllllly, OK first off when i opened tha room door ,there was a musty smell. Found where it was comin from, tha hot tub. I'm very serious about bed bugs. No bed bugs but I stripped that bed flipped that mattress & low & behold, there under that mattress was a crack pipe. 4 $109 u can spend a little more & enjoy in peace. Would I get this hotel again, MOST DEFINITELY NOOOOOOOOOOOOOT but I did enjoy myself overall.

The price was great, the room was clan enough, but staff was the pits. We asked for a flat sheet because there was none on the bed. My boyfriend was told to check some other rooms for a sheet how silly but when he found one it smelled like somke. Will not be going back

Took me 2 hours just to check in. check in is supposed to start at 3 and i arrived at 3 and was told i had to wait 30mins to check in because the "manager" wasn't there. i waited a little over 30 mins and came back and it took another hour and a half to check in. i finally got into my room and he put me into the wrong unit. not the one i paid for. everything was dirty, plenty of burn holes in curtain to the bed sheets and even the shower curtain. and the shower curtain has so much mold on the bottom. lock is broke, ac unit is dirty as well as the filters. bed doesn't even come with a blanket. the smell i got whenever i walked into the right room was unbearable.table was broken and refrigerator and freeze and bathroom was all filthy. i had to wipe and clean everything myself just to even be able to sleep here. you can tell it was never swept and never kept cleaned. never coming back here. i never leave reviews ever but this is absolutely unacceptable!

I’m very un please with how the sheets and covers were dirty and there’s only one face towel . Bugs are flying around the room and the condition overall is very poor

I can’t believe they charge people to stay here. I didn’t even end up staying. Strong odor in the room like old carpet and cigarette smoke. All surfaces were dirty. I literally walked in the room and walked out.

As soon as I walked in the room I saw something on the pillow and it was a bed bug!!! I instantly took a picture on my phone took the picture to the front desk and demanded a refund!!! I was told that I had to call Expedia which I’m still waiting for to see if I’m going to get a full refund which I feel like I should definitely be receiving

Room was way overpriced for a jacuzzi suite. The hotel was very dirty and unsafe. Room door had been kicked in before and door frame was pieced back together with nails. Jacuzzi would not hold water and would not fill properly. Jet's were broken and glued together. Bed had bed bugs when I turned over comforter to go to sleep. Had to check out early because of this. Will not recommend anybody wasting money on a room here. Was not able to get a refund of any sort for the discomfort I went through.

Property was not clean bed was not clean had hair and blood spots on bedding everything is old and out dated. Tub was dirty shower curtain was dingy room smelled old windows were broken. Will never stay here again
