I was actually surprised at the size, amenities, location to dinining, gym, movie theater, Walmart, parks, discount stores, Goodwill. There was even a nice size Fair going up. The community was friendly. Lots of military and their families as well as good ole country folks. The front desk and house staff were Amazing..Two Thumbs Up. For all Vets visiting, there is no other place to stay at... the manager is a Veteran, need I say more.

I arrived in July in search of an apartment. It took me months to locate something, but a local housing association recommended affordable suites until my place became available. Greg Kosnaz and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. He kept me informed when a suite would be available and kept me informed. The suites were very affordable, especially given the low housing allowance military members receive at Shaw Aft. They have flexible payment options with weekly or monthly rates. The suites are very nice and clean and have a kitchen which was quite convenient. Definitely recommend this place and praise them for their excellent service.

I'm glad I came here. This place is really recommended. The reviews about this place and on-site manager, greg, totally match. Needing a late check-in, greg did it. My room key was lost at dawn, and greg got me back to stay there. The room is very clean, unlike many of the nearby hotels, without any signs of ants, bed bugs, or spiders. The property outside is very quiet at night, so there's no worry about noisy noises when trying to sleep. Staying here for a few months for work was not a problem.

I needed a place to stay while I was on orders. I called greg and he said no problem, a few days later he said I have a room available. The room was fully furnished and ready to go. The staff comes over once a week to clean the apartment and change the bed sheets and towels. As noted in other reviews, the rooms are very clean. No bugs, mice, or any traces of pest can be found. It's a perfect place to stay 5 mins away from the mall, palmar, gas station etc., but off the main roads so it's quiet and peaceful. It's about a 15 minute drive from shaw if you are on orders. Any time I needed something, greg was there. Excellent place to stay and I recommend it to anyone to stay in summer.

From the moment I first encountered this location and my. Greg, I fell in love with the property and the manager. Greg, who is a retired military veteran who is the kindest woman you ever wanted to meet, was the management of this extended-stay hotel. They were incredibly transparent. When I once volunteered to clean the place, the cash had been deposited well on the made-up bed. It took a total of approximately six months between trainings for which I remained in the motel on and off. My parents and I even went to visit. Even my father didn't have any issues staying in a hotel for that long because Greg was extremely kind and accommodating. Every new pas person I encounter should consider staying at this hotel. I'm thankful that I came across this site and my. Greg. His guestbooking experience was excellent, and his first couple of months in a new location was made wonderful.
