This is the nostalgic lake of the Ozarks resort. Glad to see there are some of these still there. Only stayed 1 night as it was fully booked the rest of the weekend. The room I was in had been nicely updated. The property was clean and cared for. The view of the lake was picture perfect. If you are wanting an affordable option this is the one!!!

Nice and quiet. Super helpful staff. It's a pet-friendly property where fishing is allowed from their docks. Bring your own pole/tackle -- but you can buy worms on site. My teenage son was thrilled to spend time with his dog there.

Our first stay here was over 20 something years ago. It was older quaint and quiet. We have stayed at many other places from Tantara to Lodge of the 4 Seasons to Edgewater motel on the strip. But the AlHonna is always our go to. Our recent stay was just as good as it always is but with bigger crowds now due the Ozark show. They were almost done with major renovations, inside and out of all the buildings while we were there. Very nice improvements. Hoping to come back again sometime this April.

A nice resort to get away. Very clean and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable along with the fluffy pillows.Bed linen felt crisp and clean. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Very pet friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
