Room is a little older but if you’re in Helen you aren’t spending much time in the room. This is a little far from the downtown area but still walkable with plenty of things next to the hotel that you may need within easy walking distance!

We arrived about 8:30 pm and greeted like we were the most important people to check in. After driving over 300 miles through heavy rain, it was comforting to be welcomed safe and sound. The building is older, but clean and well maintained. There are minor things like interior paint that could use freshening up. The bed was very comfortable. We slept well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

04/26/26- 04/28/26 Check in was easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The parking lot was being cleaned as we pulled in so that was a plus. The property has an esthetic that matches the whole vibe of Helen. Parking lot was very well lit at night for security reasons which is cool. Rooms were updated and very clean. Nice size flat screen tv with remote worked just fine. Coffee is provided in the rooms along with soaps and lotions. Beds were soft and comfortable. Free continental breakfast consisted of sausage biscuits, cereal, coffee, milk, grits, oatmeal, and juices. Offers ice machine on first floor. Washing machine and dryer offered for a fee. It's in a quiter part of town so traffic isn't as bad. Welcome center and veterans park is across the street so its a nice 3 minute walk to that. Tons of restaurants near by so location is really great. Stores are across the parking lot. I would stay again. Thanks for having us!
