Nice staff, remodeling didn't affect there services, continental breackfeast available Beds are comfortable coffee is fresh and Fruits are available, location is close to all scenic views on the lake 5 minutes drive.

We accidentally booked this hotel last fall, instead of that one we always went to for our annual trip to the Finger Lakes. We were presently surprised at the service and the hotel itself. When it came time to book this year, we decided to stay here again. This year we found the same friendly service(Shannon), and many improvements and updates to the physical environment. Great job!

This is a motel. The room smelled heavily of mildew, but none was visible. The air conditioning unit worked, although the room was very hot at check-in and took a while to cool off. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave good dinner recommendations.

The room was fine - nothing special, but for the price, I didn't expect anything great. The common areas were dated, worn, dirty, and HOT! All in all, about what you'd expect for $116 in a tourist town in July. Just needed a place to sleep, so it fit the bill. The room itself was clean and completely adequate for our needs.

There was a microwave in the room but it wouldn't plug in because the cord was too short. Also the Tub had a slow drain.

Trip was for a getaway weekend. The location was convenient. The area has lots to offer within walking distance and it seemed very safe, a nice hometown feel. New management is working on upgrading the property. The room I stayed in had new carpet and new flat screen tv. Free wi-fi is available as well. The bathroom was dated, but management has that upgrade on their radar. Free continental breakfast was very adequate - cereals, bagels, juices, fruit, etc. House keeping was a little spotty. Used soaps were removed, but no new soaps were left in their place. This was easily remedied by the front desk staff.
