The location is downtown Sarasota, just half a mile away from the Ringling Causeway taking you over to Lido Keys St Armands Circle and Longboat Key. Perfect location! The staff was extremely polite and professional very helpful and all my requests were taken care of immediately! Highly recommended!

The proprietor was nice enough to let me check in early with a modest fee because my husband who was waiting in the car had just had surgery. Although very clean the room was musty and the TV very small. Breakfast was disappointing but Publix was just across the street. Overall good experience.

Great location, convenient to Gard de Lyon and the Bastile neighborhood. Plenty to do right there, and most major tourist stopps are a short walk away.

Overall, the staff was professional and pleasant and the room was clean. The room was very spacious and had a small lana which was quite nice. I have prior housekeeping management experience and noticed a few things that may need to be updated or cleaned. The tub drain was very clearly worn and had mineral buildup on it. The shower head had mineral buildup. There were some minor dings and wear on the furniture. The toilet paper roll was half used, which with a minimal ply barely made us through our two night visit. We had to ask the housekeeper for more toilet paper. The tissue box hadn't been changed out. A empty one was in front, so I brought the full one forward and threw the empty one away.

I had a wonderful time at the America's Best Value Hotel sarasota downtown. During the March break in 2022, I was able to get a room there for several nights. It was located in a perfect position, spotless, had a complimentary continental breakfast, and had a lovely pool. I really believed it to be the best value inn in sarasota's downtown. I will undoubtedly return when I visit Sarasota again in a few months!.
