The room needs a lot of tidiness, but it's all good. The security lock fell off the floor, and the hotel's entrance that was meant to close after 10 pm could not lock because the key card reader had been broken off, and anyone could get in at any moment. The ground floor room I stayed in had sticky carpet, a chair that was really foul because it had things running down it and what appeared to be a boom, and a window screen that was completely cut off and the window locks did not function. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. Since the first room they put me in was the same, I didn't bother bringing most of the issues in, so I believed they were all the same. This was a work trip for me, so I asked one of the other guests at my work conference who I knew was staying here at the same time as me and she said she was on the same floor but it was the same. The pool and hot tub are also down. However, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you stay here, bring cash since there isn't a vending machine, which is a tiny, small room where only one person can fit in with snacks and drinks, which is a nice selection, but they only accept cash there.

We were on a trip to see the Talihina Drive. We were very satisfied with our accommodations! The staff was very helpful and we were impressed with the decor. If we come back to this area again, this is where we will stay!

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The security lock fell off the floor and the entrance to the hotel that was supposed to lock after 10 pm can not lock because the key card reader was smashed off and anyone could enter at any time. The ground floor room I stayed in had sticky carpet, a chair that was extremely disgusting with stuff running down it and what appeared to be a booger on it, a window screen that was completely cut off and the window locks were broken. I had to use my shampoo, conditioner, and hairspray bottles in the sill to lock the window. The staff is really nice and understanding. I didn't bother to report the majority of the problems as the first room they put me in was the same, so I assumed they were all the same. This was a business trip for me, so I asked one of the other people at my work conference that I knew was staying here at the same time as me, and she said she was on the and floor but it was the same. Also, the pool and hot tub are down right now. If you stay here bring cash as there is no vending machine, they have a small tiny room with snacks and drinks and stuff which is a good choice but they only accept cash.
