The room was beautiful. Showing a bit of age but was well maintained. Hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was across the road at Regan’s pancake house. Copper petinaed statues decorated the grounds. Walking distance to the Islands.

Loved all the extra touches Arbors offer their guests. From breakfast vouchers for a free stack of pancakes and a drink across the street for everyone every morning your there. The never ending Krispy cream donuts. Their slushy machines, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate machines, as well as their tea, lemonade, or cider machine. Fruit available also. They provide pool toys for the pool. They have a large hottub and both are clean and well maintained. They provide stuff to make s'more in the evenings at their fire pit.A singer on Thurs., fri., sat., and sun. 8-10. As well as a gas grill that you can use. Rooms are spacious, and clean, all of the staff are helpful and very nice and the atmosphere is very nice. If your looking for a good solid place to stay in pigeon forge, this is it!! Well worth the money!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect for me, with an easy walk to The Island and all of its shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also just a short drive to Dollywood, which was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The property itself is charming, well maintained, and has a really inviting atmosphere. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a lovely touch and really added to the overall experience. What’s not to love? I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Pigeon Forge.

Nice clean rooms comfy beds very nice bathrooms with rain style shower Krispy Kreme donuts were a wonderful treat. Walk in room with a cute towel animal and Hershey kisses on the bed was a sweet, welcoming gesture. Will difentely stay again on our next visit

I rarely ever feel cozy at a hotel, but this one had a vibe like staying at grandma's house. The staff was super kind and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I loved the rocking chairs outside and the chill zone by the river. The kids loved it too, and it was easily walkable to the Island. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a quick stay and wish we would have had more time to try out the pool and other amenities available. Our room was very spacious and clean. We loved that there was a small fridge and microwave as well as a table and a few chairs to sit in. It was great that the office always had fruit, donuts, and a variety of drinks available. I also loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. The free breakfast was across a major street and included pancakes. It was $6 more to have the breakfast buffet.
