I had a great stay! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. I had everything that I needed. I realize the hotel is old but to me that is part of its charm. And it is close to everything that I wanted to do. Brunch was wonderful and great entertainment with Jacob Flores. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

It’s a historic hotel being refurbished to its original splendor. A must see even if you don’t stay here but so much better if you do. You can’t get any closer to the beautiful park than this. It’s right at the hot springs and just a short walk to the cold spring drinking water. Take some home!

So many interesting quirks to this hotel, the history is amazing, the location is absolutely central- you can walk out the door and into the park- Definitely THE place to stay in Hot Springs

The hotel is a bit rundown but they are currently doing upgrades. It is a historic hotel and as such expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The staff is wonderful!

Beautiful old hotel. Being that it is so old, our room had peeling paint everywhere. The bathroom walls were worse from age. Old porcelain tubs were very aged, but it was cool they weren’t updated, to give it that historical feel. The shower did have great water pressure. The room doors are key only (not key cards), & only a chain lock. We did not feel unsafe, just an FYI. We did not use the pools or hot tub at the hotel. All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you want to be walking distance to the bathhouses & restaurants, etc.
