this is a really cute and neat hotel, very efficient in how everything is laid out and designed. the fact that the rooms are not carpeted means they can be a little loud if you're underneath; i was on the first floor and it sounded like the people above me were moving furniture. and the view right now out front is of a construction site, so the surroundings are blah. but for the price, it's well worth it.

It was amazing. The people at the front desk went above and beyond expectations. From helping us find the Raven's football game to helping us with a printing need. The house keeping staff was friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the place. It was our first time staying at Avid Hotels. Loved the cleanliness and the decor, and although we didn’t get to sit down to eat the breakfast, we stopped by and looked around and grabbed a yogurt. The food and presentation looked great.

The staff sometimes could be a little more friendly. My room was exceptionally small since the last time I stayed. But overall it's a great new place and a great price. Nothing can be perfect. I would still stay again. Maybe a little more smiles on the front desk

Great location, convenient to gas, food, groceries and shopping. It looked newer and was clean and modern. Eco friendly with large refillable dispenser of soap, lotion, conditioner and shampoo. Bed was comfy, 4 pillows. No closet, but had hooks. Depending on your clothes, hangers would be nice. Overall, very nice. Complimentary breakfast was nice with eggs included. Nice selection of breakfast foods...something for everyone.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff, very clean and close to lots of places to eat. About 30 minute drive to Bethany Beach. We would definitely stay here again!
