Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
The name on the credit and/or debit card must match the identification card presented. The property will pre-authorize your debit or credit card for USD 50 upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and drop the hold within 5 business day(s) after departure for major credit cards and within 10 days after departure for debit/check cards.
Entry to units will be through electronic door locks. Guests will need to contact the property to get the code to unlock door 72 hours prior to arrival.
This code will be active at 04:00PM for check-in time on arrival date. Without this code, the guest will be unable to access room.
All remaining documents such as parking permits, DVD Now card, attraction offers and Oceana Privilege Card will be provided in the guest room.
Guest Services will be available from 09:00AM to 05:00PM daily.
Guests are required to be 21 years of age to check-in.Please note the property does not have a 24-hour reception. If expecting to arrive outside check-in hours, contact the property in advance at the number on the booking confirmation.On the day of booking, the resort will charge the credit card provided a deposit of 100% of the first night.Please note that this property does not accept prepaid credit or debit cards.Parking is limited to 1 space per room and trailers cannot be accommodated. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
