There are some stores, water, and limits nearby. Some furniture and rooms are somewhat outdated, and elevators are too slow. The rooms were mostly clean, with a few hairs here and there. It is open at the pool time from 8 am to 5 pm. So, you don't get time there after work. Be aware that restaurants here have very expensive food. It has a kitchen set, but the cooking tools are lacking, and the knives are lukewarm and useless.

This hotel is located in a very good area because we love it in the coconut grove neighborhood. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is included and you can sit outside and eat it if you want. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar are closed except for breakfast, but there are many places to eat and drink nearby. Fitness room was excellent.

This place did not have a free breakfast buffet but it is well run. The coffee maker in the room was broken and inoperable. Free coffee not available until 7 am.

The hotel is not as beautiful as the photos on the website would have you believe, but it's nice. My room was very small for a king room, but it was clean and relatively quiet. I liked the neighborhood's fun restaurants and the nearby marina. Service at the hotel was minimal, and the reception was mostly surly.
