We only stayed one night here. The hotel was clean and our stay was fine. Our room was right inside the door that everyone walked in and out so there was a lot of noise from that. To make matters worse, the ice machine was directly across from our door. Every time someone needed ice, we knew we heard it. There were some items offered for breakfast but we chose to eat somewhere else.

We travel from one place to another across the country each year, just looking for a place to sleep, no frills and a good price. Baxter inn had all those amenities, including a comfy bed, micro and fridge, and a sense of well-kept cleanliness. The manager, Paul, was polite and competent, and unlike many motels of this caliber, a very modest continental breakfast was provided. Met all our requirements.

This hotel is the only one in town, but it is a nice place to stay. nice desk staff. Bed was comfortable. clean room. lots of parking, and all rooms are interior. Bathroom and shower were good. Limited continental breakfast of bananas and packaged muffins was adequate. Good cafes in the area.

The hotel was fine, but I am traveling 66 and was hoping for something with character, which I thought Id get, since I found this one on 66 site. The room was spacious, neat, clean, comfortable, and the bed was good, but boring as I already said. Could have been any chain without a sense of history.
