Could have been cleaner than our room. The desk service staff was kind. Continental breakfast was a choice of toast or bagel. The pool and hot tub are both broken. Not satisfactory.

My mom booked this hotel for us for the purpose of the visit, including the use of the pool and hot tub. It would have been nice to know that the pool was closed and we would have booked another hotel. We understand that this happens, but after going through some very difficult times, my mom booked this hotel for me and my sons to enjoy some time away and a much needed break from the stress of life at this time. It was a last minute booking, so it would have been nice to be told that the pool was temporarily closed because when my mother booked the room she was told the pool was open.

The room was clean. The only thing that was wrong was the TV wasn't working but when we brought it up with the staff they fixed it right away. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with everything.

The room was decent, moatly clean, comfortable bed, however really glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were badly stained with no pillowcases. It was pretty quiet generally, but the room doors didn't close without being yanked, which led to a lot of random bangs at night that scared me awake. The breakfast had very few options and any non-carpeted areas were really sticky. Did it work, yes. Would i stay there again? No.

Please have them remove the pool and hot tub off the description the pool has not been in service for a long time. The pool area is storage for mattresses and room furniture. When you filter pool for your desired hotels and you get there and there is no pool it is very disappointing
